1. Mushrooms stuffed with cheese
Ingredients:
250 grams of mushrooms more or less the same size
120 grams of cream cheese
1 clove garlic
1 lemon
1 bunch of chopped parsley

Wash the mushrooms to remove the soil well, cutting the stems they may have, and dry them with a cloth.

4 cups diced cooked and chilled potatoes
1 cup assorted frozen vegetables, cooked and refrigerated

Preparation:
Mix the heavy cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Preparation:

We need: 4 cups fresh strawberries
