1. Mushrooms stuffed with cheese

Ingredients:

250 grams of mushrooms more or less the same size

120 grams of cream cheese

1 clove garlic

1 lemon

1 bunch of chopped parsley

Thyme leaves

Basil leaves

Preparation:

Wash the mushrooms to remove the soil well, cutting the stems they may have, and dry them with a cloth.

4 cups diced cooked and chilled potatoes

1 cup assorted frozen vegetables, cooked and refrigerated

2 tablespoons capers, drained

Preparation:

Mix the heavy cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Combine the potatoes, vegetables, and capers in a large bowl and pour the cream sauce over the potatoes and mix well. Chill the salad before serving. You can help the salad on the lettuce leaves if you like.

3. Pork ribs with barbecue sauce

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kilos of pork ribs

  • 240 milliliters of barbecue sauce

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Season the ribs and put them in the oven. Previously, you will have smeared the top with barbecue sauce.

When they have been in the oven for about 20 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees, you can turn them over and spread again with the barbecue sauce.

12 chicken wings

5 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

1 tablespoon of tomato sauce

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Black pepper and oregano

Preparation:

In a large container with a lid, mix honey with soy, olive oil, vinegar, tomato sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and oregano. Add the chopped chicken wings and let marinate for 12-24 hours.

In a small baking dish, distribute the wings and paint with the remaining sauce. Bake at 180º for 20 minutes, turn over, repaint with sauce and bake another 20 minutes.

5. Salty buns

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

4 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup butter

2/3 cup milk

Preparation:

Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and salt

Put the butter in the bowl with the dry ingredients and use two knives to mix everything.

When the butter is incorporated into the flour, add the milk and mix.

Form the dough and bring it to a surface with some powder to knead and roll

Stretch well with the rolling pin to achieve a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm. Use a round cookie sheet to cut the scones

Take them to a source with wax paper and bake at 180 ° C until golden.

7. Patriotic jelly for July 4

We need: 4 cups fresh strawberries

1-1 / 2 cups boiling water

1 (6 oz) package red gelatin

Ice cubes

1 cup of cold water

1 package cake, cut into slices

We will need: 8 large strawberries cut in half

2 tablespoons of white sugar

7 cups water, divided

1 cup of white sugar

2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation:

Put the fruits in a blender; top with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour 1 cup of and blend until juicing.

Combine strawberry juice with 6 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, and lemon juice in a large jug; stir until mixed. Chill for a few minutes before serving.

Decorate with the remaining strawberries.
